New G Suite Widget Pack

MangoApps G Suite widget pack allows you to add popular G Suite services to your MangoApps dashboard and pages. The widget pack helps create an out-of-the-box central & integrated hub for employees without needing specialist IT support

  • G Suite Native Widgets Pack

    • G Suite widget pack is available as a new tab in MangoApps widget gallery
    • The widget pack is available on
      • Dashboard
      • Company pages
      • Team pages
      • News feed
    • Users who are logged into MangoApps using their G Suite credentials will be setup with SSO ready G Suite widgets automatically when a widget is added to their dashboard / company page / team page / news feed
    • Users who are logged into MangoApps using other ways, will need to log in once only to their G Suite account when they use a widget for the first time. All other widgets will automatically be SSO ready after the user logs in successfully in the  first widget
    • G Suite widget pack out-of-the-box on MangoApps web portal and MangoApp mobile apps for iOS & Android

 

  • GMail

    • Use this widget to have your employees access their GMail directly inside MangoApps
    • Employees get access to their sent & draft folder in the widget
    • Unread emails are shown in bold until they are marked as read by the user

 

  • Google Calendar

    • Use this widget to keep your employees updated with integrated access to Calendars in G Suite
    • From meeting rooms to company events, shared G Suite calendars are now presented to employees in MangoApps
    • Adding multiple Google calendars from your G Suite account is supported by the widget
    • Widget supports multiple configuration options. These include
      • Setup the preferred default view – Day, Week or Month
      • Setup start time & end time as per employee’s work schedule
      • Show/hide weekends (in week view)
      • Show/hide toolbar

 

  • Google Drive

    • Use this widget to give your employees integrated access to their Google Drive in G Suite
    • Duplicating this widget is supported to direct access to different folders in the user’s Google Drive
    • Widget support ability to create new folders in Google Drive
