Ideas & Campaigns Module in Projects, Groups, Departments and Opportunities

Empowering teams & departments to do their own focussed campaigns and collect ideas to improve the bottom line and grow the top line.

Ideas in Teams (projects, groups, departments & opportunities):

  • Team admins can now enable ideas module in their team
  • Any team member (including guest users) can submit a new idea in the team
  • Team admins and Idea admins are responsible for managing the life-cycle of the idea in the team (a.k.a change idea status)
  • Team members can attach documents with their ideas
  • Team members can vote with a yes or no on any idea submitted by other  team members
  • Members get notified in real time and over email when someone votes or posts a comment on a team idea
  • New email notification settings to notify users who say ‘Yes’ to an idea when another team member also votes ‘Yes’
  • Ideas inside a team are searchable by any team member
  • All activities on a idea are tracked and viewable to all team members
  • Like any other module in a team, team module as also be configured to be the landing page of the team
  • Team members can comment on team ideas
  • Idea admin & team admin can export selected ideas in XLS format (with attachments) from the team to further analyze the votes, comments etc on them using other tools

Campaigns in Teams (projects, groups, departments & opportunities):

  • Campaigns have 2 states – Open or Closed
  • Campaign creators can configure the campaign to close automatically on a specific date
  • Any team member (including guest users) can start an idea campaign
  • Any team member (including guest users) can submit a new idea to a team campaign
  • A team member can edit, delete, remove their idea from a campaign or move their idea from one campaign to another in the team
  • Team admins can manage (eg., delete, remove idea from a campaign) on all ideas in their team include the ones in a team campaign
  • Campaign creator can attach documents to their idea campaign
  • Campaign managers are responsible for managing the life-cycle of ideas in the team campaign (a.k.a change idea status). A campaign can have 1 or more campaign managers
  • Members get notified in real time and over email when someone submits new idea in the campaign
  • All activities on the campaign are tracked and viewable to all team members
  • Team members can comment on team campaigns
  • Campaign members and Team admins can perform a full export of the campaign data along with it’s ideas and all attachments
